Quality Process
eNiDA Localize has arranged the quality process in 2 steps as follows:
1- Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is the process that can assure quality translation from the start. We mainly focus on planning, handling of documents and giving instructions to translators. These practices are performed with the purpose of preventing shortcomings throughout the translation process and assuring the quality to achieve the outcome expected by clients. Our general quality assurance steps include:
B- Training translators if necessary;
C- Handling of translation data, e.g. loading translation memory, glossary and CAT Tool;
D- Creating timetable for each translation step;
E- Assigning an experienced Project Manager to coordinate the task;
2. Quality Control
Quality Control is the process which our team go through at the end of the translation process, completed by the editor with the help from assisting tools. We use quality assessment tools such as Xbench Report, Memsource QA or other quality assessment tools to assess the translation thoroughly. We check for errors or mistakes such as spelling errors in order to correct those following dictionaries, inconsistency, numeric mismatch, and ensure that your Glossary is applied in the translation. Furthermore, we have Proofreaders to ensure that the translation is error-free, especially to ensure that the translation content conforms to clients’ goals.
